Who can join the Forget-Me-Not Friends Club?

The Forget-Me-Not Friends Club is open to anyone with a disability of any age who would enjoy receiving Happy Mail throughout the year. Adults who are their own guardians and are 18 or older may register themselves. Members under 18 or adults with a guardian should have a parent, guardian, or authorized representative complete the registration form on their behalf.

How is my family member’s privacy protected?

Protecting the privacy of our members is very important to us. The Forgotten Wishes Foundation keeps member contact information confidential and does not share it with volunteers or other club participants. All club mail is sent directly from the Forgotten Wishes Foundation, never person to person.
